From 24-26 july, there was the Futurological Symposium, a bi-annual international gathering of cultural free spaces. For the second time in a row, Ruigoord was organizing. This time there were two days in Ruigoord, in the curch as well as the Salon. The third day was in Paradiso, a place that also has been a really important free cultural space, squatted in the late sixties, now a more commercial venue but still with a heart.

At the end of the 3rd day, all of us went on boats to the Amsterdam Council Hall, to hand over  De Verklaring betreffende de Universele Waarde van Vrije Culturele Ruimtes to the mayor.
